Information You May Need to Know
Your R2 Max is designed to be a high-performance firewall, gateway. To achieve this, we've tuned the BIOS to squeeze every bit of performance out of the processor. However, this can sometimes lead to higher power consumption and heat generation. To prevent unexpected shutdowns, reboots, you may need to adjust a few settings in the BIOS or upgrade your power adapter(12V-19V DC IN). In the future, our BIOS updates will include a built-in power limit to address this.
