Step 2: Initial Troubleshooting
Our customer service team will review your repair request and provide you with initial troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue.
Step 3: Return for Repair
If the issue persists, our customer service team will request that you return your device for repair. Please note that all products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please ship your device to the following address:
Once your package is shipped, please provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor its progress. Failure to provide a tracking number may result in a lost package.
Step 4: Repair Process
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the repair to be completed. Once the repair is finished, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm the repair cost (if applicable) and shipping address.
