Definitions
- Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to iKOOLCORE.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to ikoolcore.com, accessible from www.ikoolcore.com.
- You means the individual accessing the Service or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, with an additional 1-3 days for the carrier to update tracking information online. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: iKOOLCORE does not ship to addresses within the U.S APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
iKOOLCORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Policy on Rejected Deliveries and Fraudulent Orders
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as the customer's refusal to accept, incorrect addresses, or no one being present at the delivery location, we will consider it a fraudulent order. In such cases, the customer will be held responsible for covering the associated costs. Due to the complexities involved in returning international packages to the sender after they reach their destination country, we will handle such situations in two ways:
- Option 1: Repackaging and Resending: If the package can be redirected within the destination country, the customer will incur approximately 47% in losses. This includes the logistics cost of returning the package (15%), taxes at our warehouse location (15%), and the express logistics cost for reshipping the package (12%). We strongly condemn such behavior and consider it a breach of contract.
- Option 2: Package Destruction: If the package cannot be returned and is destroyed by the final delivery service provider, the customer will be solely responsible for the entire 100% loss of the package.
We urge our customers to carefully review their shipping information and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the designated address to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges.

Damages
iKOOLCORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and the iKOOLCORE Team will assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
